Past 2 years were like that no one had ever thought would come to someone's life. It made us realize how volatile the life is . Those 2 years were truly stressful , people were loosing their jobs, they were losing their family members. It was a drastic time that on one would want that even their enemy would face that. I have personally seen people feeling lost. I saw people loosing hopes. But the pandemic has brought a sense of uncertainty among people. Pandemic isn't over and that's what more stressing. The uncertainty of their job , their life and everything they have. It feels like we can lose anything anytime. Pandemic is not at the level it was , thanks to vaccination, but still people are struggling to live and that is what creating more stressful society. We can see people in stress , it's no hidden talk. Everyone , except a few, are in stress. The lifestyle, how people used to live, has changed now. The standard of living has dropped and stress level has raised.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a great deal of stress and anxiety for people all over the world. As we continue to adapt to this new normal, it's important to find ways to cope with the stress and anxiety that come with it. There are many different ways to do this, but one way is to focus on your lifestyle.
